Refund policy

Each report is a custom digital product created from the information submitted by the customer. Once report generation begins, the order is non-refundable.

If the report is not delivered within 72 hours after complete intake submission, the customer may request a refund by emailing support@example.com.

Privacy policy

We collect the information needed to create your report, including name or preferred name, email address, birth date, birth time if known, birth city, birth country, and selected focus areas. This information is used only to prepare and deliver your report, provide customer support, and maintain order records.

We do not sell personal information. Customers may request deletion of their intake information by emailing support. Payment information is processed by PayPal and is not stored by this website.
